Coaching The Pitcher And The Person
Coach Jolynn Di Ienno brings nearly two decades of softball coaching experience to an approach built around the individual athlete.
A Coach Who Gets To Know Your Game
Across travel, high school and college softball, Jolynn has worked with hundreds of athletes. Her experience led to a clear belief: occasional mechanical corrections are only one part of development. Athletes also need physical preparation, thoughtful practice, feedback and the confidence to understand their own bodies. Evolutions Power Performance brings those pieces together. The aim is to help athletes understand the work, apply it and gradually take greater ownership of their preparation.

Training Built Around The Whole Athlete
EPP brings pitching instruction together with strength, mobility, arm care, recovery and mental performance. Weekly coaching connects to a plan you follow between sessions, with assigned work and video feedback that help you understand what you are practicing and why.
EPP is designed for athletes who want an ongoing development process and are willing to work between lessons. The coaching is direct, energetic and supportive. The goal is for every athlete to feel understood while learning to meet the demands of the program.

- Understand The Correction: Learn what you are changing and why, rather than collecting drills without context.
