24-Hour Lesson Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We require at least 24 hours of advance notice (24 hours prior to lesson start time) to cancel or reschedule any scheduled lesson.

Lessons canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a charge billed to the credit card on file.

• 60 minute lessons: $50
• 30 minute lessons (virtual or in-person): $25
• Intensive lessons: $100

Students who do not show up for a scheduled lesson, or fail to reach out to Coach Jolynn within 15 minutes of the start time, are considered a no-show and will be charged the full lesson fee. Any late-start lessons will be held at the discretion of Coach Jolynn, and no credits or rescheduling will be available.

If the instructor must cancel a session with less than 24 hours notice, the student receives a full refund or a free makeup lesson.

The instructor will communicate any delays or cancellations due to weather or other severe conditions.
