EPP Memberships

Built for dedicated pitchers who already put in the work and want it spelled out exactly what to do each day.

TRAINING OPTIONS

Compare EPP Memberships

EPP is an ongoing development program, not a weekly pitching lesson. Every athlete receives a planned weekly focus, individualized coaching and clear at-home guidance. Coach Jolynn recommends the right level after a tryout.

WEEKLY 30-MINUTE DEVELOPMENT

EPP 30

A weekly 30-minute individualized coaching session for athletes ready to follow a structured plan and do the work between sessions. Every week has a clear purpose built around your athlete's priorities. EPP 30 is not a drop-in lesson or an introduction to pitching.

WEEKLY 60-MINUTE DEVELOPMENT

EPP 60

A weekly 60-minute individualized development session for athletes who need more coaching and training time. Sessions can combine athletic development and pitching, planned around your athlete's weekly focus. Siblings may share EPP 60, with the session planned around both athletes. This is not 60 minutes of straight pitching or a beginner program.

THE EPP APPROACH

The Full EPP Program

EPP is a structured, ongoing development program, not simply a weekly pitching lesson. Each week starts with a planned focus. Your athlete receives individualized in-person coaching and clear at-home guidance, so they always know what to work on between sessions. Depending on your athlete's needs and current training focus, training may include pitching, movement and athletic development, strength, speed, balance, body control and mental skills. The exact mix varies by athlete and by week. Progress is tracked through in-person coaching and short training videos submitted through CoachIQ. Monthly group training, held the last Sunday of each month, is included.

EPP is built for dedicated athletes. Consistent, purposeful work between sessions is part of the commitment.

FAQ

Before You Join

A few details to help you understand the program.

No. EPP memberships are development programs. Depending on the athlete and membership, training can include pitching mechanics, strength, mobility, speed, balance, coordination, mental performance, confidence, recovery and individualized homework. The goal is to develop the complete athlete, not just get through a weekly lesson.

Coach Jolynn recommends the right level after the tryout. EPP 60 adds in-person time for athletic development alongside pitching, and siblings may share an EPP 60 membership.

Memberships are built around a consistent weekly schedule, but we know athletes also have practices, games, school events and family commitments. At-home training days can move to an open slot during a busy week while keeping that week's goals intact. In-person lesson times are reserved based on availability and membership level, and a virtual session may be used to keep the weekly check-in when needed.

The program is designed around an athlete's real schedule. Training doesn't have to happen on the same days every week. What matters is that the athlete stays consistent, communicates when needed and completes the work with purpose rather than just checking boxes.

Through in-person coaching, submitted training videos, mechanical changes, strength and movement development, consistency and overall performance. Athletes may be asked to send short video clips between lessons so adjustments happen before bad habits become permanent.

Training locations vary. Coach Jolynn confirms the location and available times directly when arranging training.

Start with the application form. Coach Jolynn reviews your goals and confirms your training path before sessions are arranged. Submitting the form does not book a session or enroll you in a membership.
